En esta nota se investiga la estructura de las álgebras de Jordán no degeneradas primitivas normadas complejas que contienen ideales internos minimales.

On annihilators in Jordan algebras.

Antonio Fernández López — 1992

Publicacions Matemàtiques

In this paper we prove that a nondegenerate Jordan algebra satisfying the descending chain condition on the principal inner ideals, also satisfies the ascending chain condition on the annihilators of the principal inner ideals. We also study annihilators in Jordan algebras without nilpotent elements and in JB-algebras.

Local algebras and the largest spectrum finite ideal.

Antonio Fernández LópezOmar Jaa — 1998

Extracta Mathematicae

M. R. F. Smyth proved in [9, Theorem 3.2] that the socle of a semiprimitive Banach complex algebra coincides with the largest algebraic ideal. Later M. Benslimane, A. Kaidi and O. Jaa showed [3] the equality between the socle and the largest spectrum finite ideal in semiprimitive alternative Banach complex algebras. In fact, they showed that every spectrum finite one-sided ideal of a semiprimitive alternative Banach complex algebra is contained in the socle. In this note a new proof is given of...

Tests de la razón de verosimilitud para medias de poblaciones normales, sujetas a restricciones.

Trabajos de Estadística e Investigación Operativa

This paper shows the statistics that define the likelihood ratio tests about the mean of a k-dimensional normal population, when the hypotheses to test are H0: θ = 0; H0*: θ ∈ τφ; H1: θ ∈ τ; H2: θ ∈ Rk, being τ a closed and poliedric convex cone in Rk, and τφ the minima dimension face in τ. It is proved that the obtained statistics...
