I give a characterization of the pseudoconvex Hartogs domains A in C 2 that satisfy the equation H 2 ⁢ ( A , C ) = 0 , where H 2 ⁢ ( A , C ) is the second cohomology group of A with coefficients in the constant sheaf C .
