We compute the global multiplicity of a 1-dimensional foliation along an integral curve in projective spaces. We give a bound in the way of Poincaré problem for a complete intersection curves. In the projective plane, this bound give us a bound of the degree of non irreducible integral curves in function of the degree of the foliation.
A fuzzy system has been developed to ponder update decisions both for the trajectories and shapes estimated for targets. It is embedded in an A-SMGCS Surveillance function for airport surface, based on video data processing, in charge of the automatic detection, identification and tracking of all interesting targets (aircraft and relevant ground vehicles). En este trabajo se definen algoritmos, basados en funciones generatrices, para calcular el índice de poder de Banzhaf en juegos simples de votación ponderada y en juegos de doble y triple mayoría. La utilización de funciones generatrices permite un cálculo exacto del índice de Banzhaf con una reducción sensible de la complejidad temporal. Además se calculan los índices de Banzhaf para las reglas de decisión, aprobadas en la cumbre de Niza, que se utilizarán en la Unión Europea ampliada a 27 países....
