The asymptotic behaviour of the solutions is studied for a real unstable two-dimensional system $x^{'} (t) = 𝖠 (t) x (t) + 𝖡 (t) x (t - r) + h (t, x (t), x (t - r))$ , where $r > 0$ is a constant delay.
