This paper deals with oscillatory and asymptotic behaviour of solutions of second order quasilinear difference equation of the form where . Some sufficient conditions for all solutions of (E) to be oscillatory are obtained. Asymptotic behaviour of nonoscillatory solutions of (E) are also considered.
