For natural numbers r,s,q,m,n with s≥r≤q we determine all natural functions g: T *(J (r,s,q)(Y, R 1,1)0)*→R for any fibered manifold Y with m-dimensional base and n-dimensional fibers. For natural numbers r,s,m,n with s≥r we determine all natural functions g: T *(J (r,s)(Y, R)0)*→R for any Y as above.

This paper studies the relationship between the sections and the Chern or Pontrjagin classes of a vector bundle by the theory of connection. Our results are natural generalizations of the Gauss-Bonnet Theorem.

We study the 2-jet bundle of mappings of the real plane into a manifold. We shall prove that there exists an imbedding of this 2-jet bundle into a suitable first order jet bundle, in such a way that its image is the set of fixed points of a canonical automorphism of the biggest jet bundle.
