Möbius geometry and kinematics in H 3

Abstract

Im Artikel wird die Möbiussche Geometrie im Halbraum H 3 ≡ { ( x 1 , x 2 , x 3 ) ∈ R 3 x 3 > 0 } mit Hilfe der Quaternionen über Darstellung (1) z = u + v j , wo u = u 1 + i u 2 ∈ C , v > 0 , i 2 = j 2 = - 1 , untersucht. Zuerst wird die Operierung der durch S L ( 2 , C ) represäntierten Möbiusschen Gruppe im Halbraum H 3 definiert. Die Punkte im H 3 werden durch die Quaternionen (1) beschrieben. Es wird gezeigt, dass diese Gruppe transitiv im H 3 operiert. Weiter werden die algebraischen Grundinvarianten gefunden. Hier werden der Begriff der ℳ - Bewegung im H 3 und einige weitere kinematische Grundbegrife eingeführt. Der letzte Absatz befasst sich mit dem 1-Momentanpolen der ℳ ( ' H 3 / H 3 ) -Bewegung.
