In this Note a boundary-value problem for a 4th order elliptic-parabolic equation is presented. Theorems of existence and uniqueness in a suitable Sobolev space are also announced. This result is a particular case of a more general theorem concerning a class of 2m order elliptic-parabolic operators.
We report on an existence Theorem for the problem in the title.
