Oscillation criteria of Nehari-type for the equation ${(-1)}^n{\left(x^{\alpha }{y}^{\left(n\right)}\right)}^{\left(n\right)}+q\left(x\right)y=0$, $\alpha \in 𝐑$, are established. These criteria impose no sign restriction on the function $q\left(x\right)$ and generalize some recent results of the second author.
