In this paper we study the formal differential Galois group of linear differential equations with coefficients in an extension of $ℂ\left(\right(z\left)\right)$ by an exponential of integral. We use results of factorization of differential operators with coefficients in such a field to give explicit generators of the Galois group. We show that we have very similar results to the case of $ℂ\left(\right(z\left)\right)$.

On démontre ici un lemme de Hensel pour les opérateurs différentiels. On en déduit un théorème de factorisation pour des opérateurs différentiels à coefficients dans une extension liouvillienne transcendante d’un corps valué. On obtient en particulier un théorème de factorisation pour des opérateurs différentiels à coefficients dans une extension de $ℂ\left(\right(z\left)\right)$ par un nombre fini d’exponentielles et de logarithmes algébriquement indépendants sur $ℂ\left(\right(z\left)\right)$.
