Observer design for a class of nonlinear discrete-time systems with time-delay

Kybernetika

Similarity:

The problem of observer design for a class of nonlinear discrete-time systems with time-delay is considered. A new approach of nonlinear observer design is proposed for the class of systems. Based on differential mean value theory, the error dynamic is transformed into linear parameter variable system. By using Lyapunov stability theory and Schur complement lemma, the sufficient conditions expressed in terms of matrix inequalities are obtained to guarantee the observer error converges...

Non-fragile sampled data H filtering of general continuous Markov jump linear systems

Mouquan Shen, Guangming Zhang, Yuhao Yuan, Lei Mei (2014)

Kybernetika

Similarity:

This paper is concerned with the non-fragile sampled data H filtering problem for continuous Markov jump linear system with partly known transition probabilities (TPs). The filter gain is assumed to have additive variations and TPs are assumed to be known, uncertain with known bounds and completely unknown. The aim is to design a non-fragile H filter to ensure both the robust stochastic stability and a prescribed level of H performance for the filtering error dynamics. Sufficient conditions...

Distributed output regulation for linear multi-agent systems with unknown leaders

Xinghu Wang, Haibo Ji, Chuanrui Wang (2013)

Kybernetika

Similarity:

In this paper, the distributed output regulation problem of linear multi-agent systems with parametric-uncertain leaders is considered. The existing distributed output regulation results with exactly known leader systems is not applicable. To solve the leader-following with unknown parameters in the leader dynamics, a distributed control law based on an adaptive internal model is proposed and the convergence can be proved.

On capacity regions of discrete asynchronous multiple access channels

Lóránt Farkas, Tamás Kói (2014)

Kybernetika

Similarity:

A general formalization is given for asynchronous multiple access channels which admits different assumptions on delays. This general framework allows the analysis of so far unexplored models leading to new interesting capacity regions. The main result is the single letter characterization of the capacity region in case of 3 senders, 2 synchronous with each other and the third not synchronous with them.

Weak regularizability and pole assignment for non-square linear systems

Kybernetika

Similarity:

The problem of pole assignment by state feedback in the class of non-square linear systems is considered in the paper. It is shown that the problem is solvable under the assumption of weak regularizability, a newly introduced concept that can be viewed as a generalization of the regularizability of square systems. Necessary conditions of solvability for the problem of pole assignment are established. It is also shown that sufficient conditions can be derived in some special cases. Some...
