Computational determination of the optimal dose of the cis-platinum to maximize the life time of patients diagnosed with cancer.
In this work, we present the results of our study over the expected lifetime of the patients diagnosed with relapsed squamous cell lung cancer, which is a subtype of non-small cell lung cancer, treated by cis-platinum. We developed the mathematical model consist of cells sensitive and resistant to cis-platinum.
