Let X be a Banach space and B ( R ) ⊂ X the ball of radius R centered at 0 . Can any holomorphic function on B ( R ) be approximated by entire functions, uniformly on smaller balls B ( r ) ? We answer this question in the affirmative for a large class of Banach spaces.

To calculate the zeros of a map f : Rn → Rn we consider the class of triangulations of Rn so that a certain point belongs to a simplex of fixed diameter and dimension. In this paper two types of this new class of triangulations are constructed and shown to be useful to calculate zeros of piecewise linear approximations of f.

Nous montrons que la trace analytique de tout sous-espace biinvariant est de type spectral, lorsque ∑ n ≥ 2 1 n log ω ( - n ) diverge, mais que ceci n’est plus valable lorsque ∑ n ≥ 2 1 n log ω ( - n ) converge.
