Boundary value problems for semilinear evolution inclusions: Carathéodory selections approach

Tiziana Cardinali, Lucia Santori (2011)

Commentationes Mathematicae Universitatis Carolinae

Similarity:

In this paper we prove two existence theorems for abstract boundary value problems controlled by semilinear evolution inclusions in which the nonlinear part is a lower Scorza-Dragoni multifunction. Then, by using these results, we obtain the existence of periodic mild solutions.

Lower semicontinuous differential inclusions

Tzanko Donchev (1998)

Discussiones Mathematicae, Differential Inclusions, Control and Optimization

Similarity:

In the paper we consider lower semicontinuous differential inclusions with one sided Lipschitz and compact valued right hand side in a Banach space with uniformly convex dual. We examine the nonemptiness and some qualitative properties of the solution set.

Selection theorem in L¹

Andrzej Nowak, Celina Rom (2006)

Discussiones Mathematicae, Differential Inclusions, Control and Optimization

Similarity:

Let F be a multifunction from a metric space X into L¹, and B a subset of X. We give sufficient conditions for the existence of a measurable selector of F which is continuous at every point of B. Among other assumptions, we require the decomposability of F(x) for x ∈ B.
