On meromorphic equivalence of linear difference operators

Gertrude K. Immink (1990)

Annales de l'institut Fourier

Similarity:

We consider linear difference equations whose coefficients are meromorphic at . We characterize the meromorphic equivalence classes of such equations by means of a system of meromorphic invariants. Using an approach inspired by the work of G. D. Birkhoff we show that this system is free.

Uniqueness problem for meromorphic mappings with truncated multiplicities and few targets

Gerd Dethloff, Tran Van Tan (2006)

Annales de la faculté des sciences de Toulouse Mathématiques

Similarity:

In this paper, using techniques of value distribution theory, we give a uniqueness theorem for meromorphic mappings of m into P n with truncated multiplicities and “few" targets. We also give a theorem of linear degeneration for such maps with truncated multiplicities and moving targets.

Exceptional values of meromorphic functions and of their derivatives on annuli

Yuxian Chen, Zhaojun Wu (2012)

Annales Polonici Mathematici

Similarity:

This paper is devoted to exceptional values of meromorphic functions and of their derivatives on annuli. Some facts on exceptional values for meromorphic functions in the complex plane which were established by Singh, Gopalakrishna and Bhoosnurmath [Math. Ann. 191 (1971), 121-142, and Ann. Polon. Math. 35 (1977/78), 99-105] will be considered on annuli.
