Boundary element method for convex boundary control problems

Yan, Ningning (2012)

Applications of Mathematics 2012

In this paper, we discuss the numerical methods for a class of convex boundary control problems. The boundary element method is applied for the approximations of the problems. The a posteriori error estimators for the boundary element approximations are presented, which can be applied as the indicators of the adaptive mesh refinement of the related boundary element methods.

BRS-transformations in a finite dimensional setting

Kraus, Margareta (1997)

Proceedings of the 16th Winter School "Geometry and Physics"

Summary: In order to get a mathematical understanding of the BRS-transformation and the Slavnov-Taylor identities, we treat them in a finite dimensional setting. We show that in this setting the BRS-transformation is a vector field on a certain supermanifold. The connection to the BRS-complex will be established. Finally we treat the generating functional and the Slavnov-Taylor identity in this setting.

Building the Czech Digital Mathematics Library upon DSpace system

Krejčíř, Vlastimil (2008)

Towards Digital Mathematics Library. Birmingham, United Kingdom, July 27th, 2008

The paper describes the process of building the Czech Digital Mathematics Library (DML-CZ) upon DSpace System. At first, the DML-CZ will be briefly introduced. Then we will describe DSpace system and its architecture together with Manakin — a system for building user interface above DSpace. The first technical part of the paper will be about mapping DML-CZ structure onto DSpace structures and about our importing tools and the way of managing requested features which are not supported by the default...
