Using the method of forcing we construct a model for ZFC where CH does not hold and where there exists a connected compact topological space K of weight ω ₁ < 2 ω such that every operator on the Banach space of continuous functions on K is multiplication by a continuous function plus a weakly compact operator. In particular, the Banach space of continuous functions on K is indecomposable.

Let ψ be the following statement: “a perfect T 3 -space X with no more than 2 𝔠 clopen subsets is connectifiable if and only if no proper nonempty clopen subset of X is feebly compact". The present study aimed to introduce n -fold interval valued residuated lattice (IVRL for short) filters in triangle algebras. Initially, the notions of n -fold (positive) implicative IVRL-extended filters and n -fold (positive) implicative triangle algebras were defined. Afterwards, several characterizations of the algebras were presented, and the correlations between the n -fold IVRL-extended filters, n -fold (positive) implicative algebras, and the Gödel triangle algebra were discussed.
