On a point contact of convex sets

In der Arbeit sind bestimmte notwendige und hinreichende Bedingungen für eine Punktberührung von zwei abgeschlossenen, konvexen Mengen abgeleitet, die mit gewissen Bedingungen für die Optimalität eines Punktes bei vorgegebenem konvexen Optimierungsproblem äquivalent sind. Die zwei angeführte Anwendungen der Punktberührung, weisen auf die Bedeutung dieses Begriffs für die konvexe Optimierung hin.
