Abstract

We give characterizations of the regularity conditions b cod q and b * , on a C 1 stratified set, using the (topological and Hausdorff) dimension of the fibers of some space of limit places and of the Withney cone. We specialize these results when the spaces are not fractals, mainly when the stratified set is subanalytic.
