On transcendental automorphisms of algebraic foliations

We study the group Aut(ℱ) of (self) isomorphisms of a holomorphic foliation ℱ with singularities on a complex manifold. We prove, for instance, that for a polynomial foliation on ℂ² this group consists of algebraic elements provided that the line at infinity ℂP(2)∖ℂ² is not invariant under the foliation. If in addition ℱ is of general type (cf. [20]) then Aut(ℱ) is finite. For a foliation with hyperbolic singularities at infinity, if there is a transcendental automorphism then the foliation...

We prove a structure theorem for codimension one singular foliations on complex tori, from which we deduce some dynamical consequences.

The objective of this paper is to give a criterium for an unfolding of a holomorphic foliation with singularities to be holomorphically trivial.

Projectively Anosov flows with differentiable (un)stable foliations

We consider projectively Anosov flows with differentiable stable and unstable foliations. We characterize the flows on T 2 which can be extended on a neighbourhood of T 2 into a projectively Anosov flow so that T 2 is a compact leaf of the stable foliation. Furthermore, to realize this extension on an arbitrary closed 3-manifold, the topology of this manifold plays an essential role. Thus, we give the classification of projectively Anosov flows on T 3 . In this case, the only flows on T 2 which...

Positivity, vanishing theorems and rigidity of Codimension one Holomorphic Foliations

It is a known fact that the space of codimension one holomorphic foliations with singularities with a given ‘normal bundle’ has a natural structure of an algebraic variety. The aim of this paper is to consider the problem of the description of its irreducible components. To do this, we are interested in the problem of the existence of an integral factor of a twisted integrable differential 1–form defined on a projective manifold. We are going to do a geometrical analysis of the codimension...
