Nous introduisons de nouvelles régularités de Kuo-Verdier ( r e ) et montrons que pour une stratification C 2 ( a + r e ) -régulière, en particulier ( w ) -régulière, la fibre du cône normal le long d’une strate Y est égale au cône tangent à la fibre d’une rétraction sur Y . Ceci généralise le résultat analogue pour les stratifications sous-analytiques ( b ) -régulières démontré par J.-P.Henry et M.Merle [9], et aussi le résultat analogue pour les stratifications différentiables ( w + δ ) -régulières démontré par nous-même...

Kashiwara et Schapira ont proposé une condition de régularité appelée ( μ ) sur un couple de sous-variétés X , Y d’une variété C 2 M : ( T Y * M + ^ T X * M ) ( T * M ) | Y T Y * M , où + ^ est une somme géométrique naturelle dans l’analyse microlocale. Nous démontrons que la ( μ )-régularité est équivalente à la ( w ) -régularité de Verdier, répondant ainsi à une question de Kashiwara.

Given adjacent subanalytic strata ( X , Y ) in R n verifying Kuo’s ratio test ( r ) (resp. Verdier’s ( w ) -regularity) we find an open dense subset of the codimension k C 1 submanifolds W (wings) containing Y such that ( X W , Y ) is generically Whitney ( b π ) -regular is exactly one more than the dimension of the set of limits of vectors for which ( b π ) fails. A general position argument for smooth strata is also given.
