On Halphen’s Theorem and some generalizations

Let M n be a germ at 0 m of an irreducible analytic set of dimension n , where n 2 and 0 is a singular point of M . We study the question: when does there exist a germ of holomorphic map φ : ( n , 0 ) ( M , 0 ) such that φ - 1 ( 0 ) = { 0 } ? We prove essentialy three results. In Theorem 1 we consider the case where M is a quasi-homogeneous complete intersection of k polynomials F = ( F 1 , ... , F k ) , that is there exists a linear holomorphic vector field X on m , with eigenvalues λ 1 , ... , λ m + such that X ( F T ) = U · F T , where U is a k × k matrix with entries in 𝒪 m . We prove that if...

Perturbative expansions in quantum mechanics

We prove a D = 1 analytic versal deformation theorem in the Heisenberg algebra. We define the spectrum of an element in the Heisenberg algebra. The quantised version of the Morse lemma already shows that the perturbation series arising in a perturbed harmonic oscillator become analytic after a formal Borel transform.

Small divisors and large multipliers

We study germs of singular holomorphic vector fields at the origin of n of which the linear part is 1 -resonant and which have a polynomial normal form. The formal normalizing diffeomorphism is usually divergent at the origin but there exists holomorphic diffeomorphisms in some “sectorial domains” which transform these vector fields into their normal form. In this article, we study the interplay between the small divisors phenomenon and the Gevrey character of the sectorial normalizing...

Partial flag varieties and preprojective algebras

Let Λ be a preprojective algebra of type A , D , E , and let G be the corresponding semisimple simply connected complex algebraic group. We study rigid modules in subcategories Sub Q for Q an injective Λ -module, and we introduce a mutation operation between complete rigid modules in Sub Q . This yields cluster algebra structures on the coordinate rings of the partial flag varieties attached to  G .

Conical Fourier-Borel transformations for harmonic functionals on the Lie ball

Let L(z) be the Lie norm on ˜ = n + 1 and L*(z) the dual Lie norm. We denote by Δ ( B ˜ ( R ) ) the space of complex harmonic functions on the open Lie ball B ˜ ( R ) and by E x p Δ ( ˜ ; ( A , L * ) ) the space of entire harmonic functions of exponential type (A,L*). A continuous linear functional on these spaces will be called a harmonic functional or an entire harmonic functional. We shall study the conical Fourier-Borel transformations on the spaces of harmonic functionals or entire harmonic functionals.
