In this paper the issue of impulsive stabilization and synchronization of uncertain financial hyperchaotic systems with parameters perturbation is investigated. Applying the impulsive control theory, some less conservative and easily verified criteria for the stabilization and synchronization of financial hyperchaotic systems are derived.
