A natural number $n$ is said to be a $(k,r)$-integer if $n=a^{k}b$, where $k>r>1$ and $b$ is not divisible by the $r$th power of any prime. We study the distribution of such $(k,r)$-integers in the Piatetski-Shapiro sequence $\left\{\lfloor n^c\rfloor \right\}$ with $c>1$. As a corollary, we also obtain similar results for semi-$r$-free integers.

We deal with the problem ⎧ -Δu = f(x,u) + λg(x,u), in Ω, ⎨ ($P_{\lambda }$) ⎩ $u_{\mid \partial \Omega }=0$ where Ω ⊂ ℝⁿ is a bounded domain, λ ∈ ℝ, and f,g: Ω×ℝ → ℝ are two Carathéodory functions with f(x,0) = g(x,0) = 0. Under suitable assumptions, we prove that there exists λ* > 0 such that, for each λ ∈ (0,λ*), problem ($P_{\lambda }$) admits a non-zero, non-negative strong solution $u_{\lambda }\in {\bigcap }_{p\ge 2}{W}^{2,p}\left(\Omega \right)$ such that $li{m}_{\lambda \to 0⁺}\left|\right|u_{\lambda }{\left|\right|}_{W^{2,p}\left(\Omega \right)}=0$ for all p ≥ 2. This note presents the study of the conjugacy classes of elements of some given finite order $n$ in the Cremona group of the plane. In particular, it is shown that the number of conjugacy classes is infinite if $n$ is even, $n=3$ or $n=5$, and that it is equal to $3$ (respectively $9$) if $n=9$ (respectively if $n=15$) and to $1$ for all remaining odd orders. Some precise representative elements of the classes are given.

It is known that there is no natural Banach norm on the space $\mathrm{\mathscr{H}𝒦}$ of $n$-dimensional Henstock-Kurzweil integrable functions on $[a,b]$. We show that the $\mathrm{\mathscr{H}𝒦}$ space is the uncountable union of Fréchet spaces $\mathrm{\mathscr{H}𝒦}\left(X\right)$. On each $\mathrm{\mathscr{H}𝒦}\left(X\right)$ space, an $F$-norm ${\parallel ·\parallel }^X$ is defined. A ${\parallel ·\parallel }^X$-convergent sequence is equivalent to a control-convergent sequence. We characterise the boundedness of the $H^{\infty }$ calculus of a sectorial operator in terms of dilation theorems. We show e. g. that if $-A$ generates a bounded analytic $C_0$ semigroup $\left(T_t\right)$ on a UMD space, then the $H^{\infty }$ calculus of $A$ is bounded if and only if $\left(T_t\right)$ has a dilation to a bounded group on $L^2([0,1],X)$. This generalises a Hilbert space result of C.LeMerdy. If $X$ is an $L^p$ space we can choose another $L^p$ space in place of $L^2([0,1],X)$.

We give new results on square functions $${\parallel x\parallel }_F=\parallel {\left({\int }_0^{\infty }{\left|F\left(tA\right)x\right|}^2\frac{\mathrm{d}t}{t}\right)}^{1/2}{\parallel }_p$$ associated to a sectorial operator $A$ on $L^p$ for $1\<p\<\infty$. Under the assumption that $A$ is actually $R$-sectorial, we prove equivalences of the form $K^{-1}{\parallel x\parallel }_G\le {\parallel x\parallel }_F\le K{\parallel x\parallel }_G$ for suitable functions $F,G$. We also show that $A$ has a bounded $H^{\infty }$ functional calculus with respect to ${\parallel .\parallel }_F$. Then we apply our results to the study of conditions under which we have an estimate $\parallel {({\int }_0^{\infty }|C{\mathrm{e}}^{-tA}{\left(x\right)|}^2\mathrm{d}t{)}^{1/2}\parallel }_q\le M{\parallel x\parallel }_p$, when $-A$ generates a bounded semigroup ${\mathrm{e}}^{-tA}$ on $L^p$ and $C:D\left(A\right)\to L^q$ is a linear mapping.

The aim of this paper is to characterize the $L^p-L^q$ boundedness of two classes of integral operators from $L^p(𝒰,\mathrm{d}{V}_{\alpha })$ to $L^q(𝒰,\mathrm{d}{V}_{\beta })$ in terms of the parameters $a$, $b$, $c$, $p$, $q$ and $\alpha$, $\beta$, where $𝒰$ is the Siegel upper half-space. The results in the presented paper generalize a corresponding result given in C. Liu, Y. Liu, P. Hu, L. Zhou (2019).
