Completely regular semigroups equipped with the unary operation of inversion within their maximal subgroups form a variety, denoted by $\mathrm{𝒞ℛ}$. The lattice of subvarieties of $\mathrm{𝒞ℛ}$ is denoted by $ℒ\left(\mathrm{𝒞ℛ}\right)$. For each variety in an $\bigcap$-subsemilattice $\Gamma$ of $ℒ\left(\mathrm{𝒞ℛ}\right)$, we construct at least one basis of identities, and for some important varieties, several. In this paper, we propose the general methods, yielding uninorms on the bounded lattice $(L,\le ,0,1)$, with some additional constraints on $e\in L\setminus \{0,1\}$ for a fixed neutral element $e\in L\setminus \{0,1\}$ based on underlying an arbitrary triangular norm $T_e$ on $[0,e]$ and an arbitrary triangular conorm $S_e$ on $[e,1]$. We consider tangent cones to Schubert subvarieties of the flag variety $G/B$, where $B$ is a Borel subgroup of a reductive complex algebraic group $G$ of type $E_6$, $E_7$ or $E_8$. We prove that if $w_1$ and $w_2$ form a good pair of involutions in the Weyl group $W$ of $G$ then the tangent cones $C_{w_1}$ and $C_{w_2}$ to the corresponding Schubert subvarieties of $G/B$ do not coincide as subschemes of the tangent space to $G/B$ at the neutral point.

We lift the notion of quasicontinuous posets to the topology context, called quasicontinuous spaces, and further study such spaces.
