The purpose of the paper is to introduce and study a new class of operators on semi-Hilbertian spaces, i.e. spaces generated by positive semi-definite sesquilinear forms. Let $\mathscr{H}$ be a Hilbert space and let $A$ be a positive bounded operator on $\mathscr{H}$. The semi-inner product ${\langle h\mid k\rangle }_A:=\langle Ah\mid k\rangle$, $h,k\in \mathscr{H}$, induces a semi-norm ${\parallel ·\parallel }_A$. This makes $\mathscr{H}$ into a semi-Hilbertian space. An operator $T\in {ℬ}_A\left(\mathscr{H}\right)$ is said to be $(n,m)$-$A$-normal if $[T^n,{\left(T^{{♯}_A}\right)}^m]:=T^n{\left(T^{{♯}_A}\right)}^m-{\left(T^{{♯}_A}\right)}^m{T}^n=0$ for some positive integers $n$ and $m$.

Let $\mathscr{H}$ be a complex Hilbert space, $A$ a positive operator with closed range in $ℬ\left(\mathscr{H}\right)$ and ${ℬ}_A\left(\mathscr{H}\right)$ the sub-algebra of $ℬ\left(\mathscr{H}\right)$ of all $A$-self-adjoint operators. The aim of this paper is to characterize the $L^p-L^q$ boundedness of two classes of integral operators from $L^p(𝒰,\mathrm{d}{V}_{\alpha })$ to $L^q(𝒰,\mathrm{d}{V}_{\beta })$ in terms of the parameters $a$, $b$, $c$, $p$, $q$ and $\alpha$, $\beta$, where $𝒰$ is the Siegel upper half-space. The results in the presented paper generalize a corresponding result given in C. Liu, Y. Liu, P. Hu, L. Zhou (2019).

Let $L\left(H\right)$ denote the algebra of all bounded linear operators on a complex infinite dimensional Hilbert space $H$. For $A,B\in L\left(H\right)$, the generalized derivation ${\delta }_{A,B}$ and the multiplication operator $M_{A,B}$ are defined on $L\left(H\right)$ by ${\delta }_{A,B}\left(X\right)=AX-XB$ and $M_{A,B}\left(X\right)=AXB$. In this paper, we give a characterization of bounded operators $A$ and $B$ such that the range of $M_{A,B}$ is closed. We present some sufficient conditions for ${\delta }_{A,B}$ to have closed range. Some related results are also given.

We study the stability of a-Browder-type theorems for orthogonal direct sums of operators. We give counterexamples which show that in general the properties $\left(\mathrm{SBaw}\right)$, $\left(\mathrm{SBab}\right)$, $\left(\mathrm{SBw}\right)$ and $\left(\mathrm{SBb}\right)$ are not preserved under direct sums of operators. However, we prove that if $S$ and $T$ are bounded linear operators acting on Banach spaces and having the property $\left(\mathrm{SBab}\right)$, then $S\oplus T$ has the property $\left(\mathrm{SBab}\right)$ if and only if ${\sigma }_{{\mathrm{SBF}}_{+}^{-}}(S\oplus T)={\sigma }_{{\mathrm{SBF}}_{+}^{-}}\left(S\right)\cup {\sigma }_{{\mathrm{SBF}}_{+}^{-}}\left(T\right)$, where ${\sigma }_{{\mathrm{SBF}}_{+}^{-}}\left(T\right)$ is the upper semi-B-Weyl spectrum of $T$.
