The nonimprovable sufficient conditions for the unique solvability of the problem u ' ( t ) = ( u ) ( t ) + q ( t ) , u ( a ) = c , where C ( I ; ) L ( I ; ) is a linear bounded operator, q L ( I ; ) , c , are established which are different from the previous results.
