Necessary conditions of optimality in neutral type optimal problems with non-fixed initial moment.
Sufficient conditions for controllability of neutral functional integrodifferential systems in Banach spaces with initial condition in the phase space are established. The results are obtained by using the Schauder fixed point theorem. An example is provided to illustrate the theory.
This paper is mainly concerned with existence of mild solutions and optimal controls for nonlinear delay integrodifferential systems with Caputo fractional derivative in infinite-dimensional spaces. We do not assume that the relevant strongly continuous semigroup is compact.
