We give an example of a representation of the Kronecker quiver for which the closure of the corresponding orbit contains a singularity smoothly equivalent to the isolated singularity of two planes crossing at a point. Therefore this orbit closure is neither Cohen-Macaulay nor unibranch.
Nous montrons ici un théorème d’approximation diophantienne entre le corps des séries formelles en plusieurs variables et son complété pour la topologie de Krull.
The purpose of this paper is to define and study systematically some asymptotic invariants associated to base loci of line bundles on smooth projective varieties. The functional behavior of these invariants is related to the set-theoretic behavior of base loci.
