Spectral Theory of Singular Hahn Difference Equation of the Sturm-Liouville Type

In this work, we consider the singular Hahn difference equation of the Sturm-Liouville type. We prove the existence of the spectral function for this equation. We establish Parseval equality and an expansion formula for this equation on a semi-unbounded interval.

On considère l’équation des ondes sur un rectangle avec un feedback de type Dirichlet. On se place dans le cas où la condition de contrôle géométrique n’est pas satisfaite (BLR Condition), ce qui implique qu’on n’a pas stabilité exponentielle dans l’espace d’énérgie. On prouve qu’on peut trouver un sous espace de l’espace d’énergie tel qu’on a stabilité exponentielle. De plus, on montre un résultat de décroissance polynomiale pour toute donnée initiale régulière.

Stability analysis and absolute synchronization of a three-unit delayed neural network

In this paper, we consider a three-unit delayed neural network system, investigate the linear stability, and obtain some sufficient conditions ensuring the absolute synchronization of the system by the Lyapunov function. Numerical simulations show that the theoretically predicted results are in excellent agreement with the numerically observed behavior.
