In this paper, we propose the general methods, yielding uninorms on the bounded lattice $(L,\le ,0,1)$, with some additional constraints on $e\in L\setminus \{0,1\}$ for a fixed neutral element $e\in L\setminus \{0,1\}$ based on underlying an arbitrary triangular norm $T_e$ on $[0,e]$ and an arbitrary triangular conorm $S_e$ on $[e,1]$. And, some illustrative examples are added for clarity.

Let $f^j={\sum }_k{a}_{k}f(2^{j+1}x-2k)$, where the sum is taken over the lattice of all points k in ${ℝ}^n$ having integer-valued components, j∈ℕ and $a_k\in ℂ$. Let $A_{pq}^s$ be either $B_{pq}^s$ or $F_{pq}^s$ (s ∈ ℝ, 0 < p < ∞, 0 < q ≤ ∞) on ${ℝ}^n.$ The aim of the paper is to clarify under what conditions $\parallel f^j|A_{pq}^s\parallel$ is equivalent to $2^{j(s-n/p)}({\sum }_k|a_k{|}^p{)}^{1/p}\parallel f|A_{pq}^s\parallel$.

A natural number $n$ is said to be a $(k,r)$-integer if $n=a^{k}b$, where $k>r>1$ and $b$ is not divisible by the $r$th power of any prime. We study the distribution of such $(k,r)$-integers in the Piatetski-Shapiro sequence $\left\{\lfloor n^c\rfloor \right\}$ with $c>1$. As a corollary, we also obtain similar results for semi-$r$-free integers.

In a Tychonoff space $X$, the point $p\in X$ is called a $C^{*}$-point if every real-valued continuous function on $C\setminus \left\{p\right\}$ can be extended continuously to $p$. Given a coarse space $(X,ℰ)$ with the bornology $ℬ$ of bounded subsets, we extend the coarse structure $ℰ$ from $X\times X$ to the natural coarse structure on $(ℬ\setminus \{\varnothing \left\}\right)\times (ℬ\setminus \{\varnothing \left\}\right)$ and say that a macro-uniform mapping $f:(ℬ\setminus \{\varnothing \left\}\right)\to X$ (or $f:{\left[X\right]}^2\to X$) is a selector (or 2-selector) of $(X,ℰ)$ if $f\left(A\right)\in A$ for each $A\in ℬ\setminus \left\{\varnothing \right\}$ ($A\in {\left[X\right]}^2$, respectively). We prove that a discrete coarse space $(X,ℰ)$ admits a selector if and only if $(X,ℰ)$ admits a 2-selector if and only if there exists a linear order “$\le$" on $X$ such that the family of intervals $\left\{\right[a,b]:a,b\in X,a\le b\}$ is a base for the bornology $ℬ$.

We show that any ${\Sigma }_s$-product of at most $𝔠$-many $L\Sigma (\le \omega )$-spaces has the $L\Sigma (\le \omega )$-property. This result generalizes some known results about $L\Sigma (\le \omega )$-spaces. On the other hand, we prove that every ${\Sigma }_s$-product of monotonically monolithic spaces is monotonically monolithic, and in a similar form, we show that every ${\Sigma }_s$-product of Collins-Roscoe spaces has the Collins-Roscoe property. We prove that if $X$ is a first countable space with property $\left(DC\left({\omega }_1\right)\right)$ and with a $G_{\delta }$-diagonal then the cardinality of $X$ is at most $𝔠$. We also show that if $X$ is a first countable, DCCC, normal space then the extent of $X$ is at most $𝔠$.

We prove that for a normed linear space $X$, if $f_1:X\to ℝ$ is continuous and semiconvex with modulus $\omega$, $f_2:X\to ℝ$ is continuous and semiconcave with modulus $\omega$ and $f_1\le f_2$, then there exists $f\in C^{1,\omega }\left(X\right)$ such that $f_1\le f\le f_2$. Using this result we prove a generalization of Ilmanen lemma (which deals with the case $\omega \left(t\right)=t$) to the case of an arbitrary nontrivial modulus $\omega$. This generalization (where a $C_{loc}^{1,\omega }$ function is inserted) gives a positive answer to a problem formulated by A. Fathi and M. Zavidovique in 2010.
