Parametric monotone generalized equations in reflexive Banach spaces.
We use the Calderón Maximal Function to prove the Kato-Ponce Product Rule Estimate and the Christ-Weinstein Chain Rule Estimate for the Hajłasz gradient on doubling measure metric spaces.
For a Banach space and a probability space , a new proof is given that a measure , with , has RN derivative with respect to iff there is a compact or a weakly compact such that is a finite valued countably additive measure. Here we define where is a finite disjoint collection of elements from , each contained in , and satisfies . Then the result is extended to the case when is a Frechet space.
We present some consequences of a deep result of J. Lindenstrauss and D. Preiss on -almost everywhere Fréchet differentiability of Lipschitz functions on (and similar Banach spaces). For example, in these spaces, every continuous real function is Fréchet differentiable at -almost every at which it is Gâteaux differentiable. Another interesting consequences say that both cone-monotone functions and continuous quasiconvex functions on these spaces are -almost everywhere Fréchet differentiable....
