Let $M$ be an $m$-dimensional manifold and $A={𝔻}_k^r/I=ℝ\oplus N_A$ a Weil algebra of height $r$. We prove that any $A$-covelocity $T_x^{A}f\in T_x^{A*}M$, $x\in M$ is determined by its values over arbitrary $max\{\mathrm{width}A,m\}$ regular and under the first jet projection linearly independent elements of $T_x^{A}M$. Let $G$ be a group and $\omega \left(G\right)$ be the set of element orders of $G$. Let $k\in \omega \left(G\right)$ and $m_k\left(G\right)$ be the number of elements of order $k$ in $G$. Let nse$\left(G\right)=\{m_k\left(G\right):k\in \omega \left(G\right)\}$. Assume $r$ is a prime number and let $G$ be a group such that nse$\left(G\right)=$ nse$\left(S_r\right)$, where $S_r$ is the symmetric group of degree $r$. In this paper we prove that $G\cong S_r$, if $r$ divides the order of $G$ and $r^2$ does not divide it. To get the conclusion we make use of some well-known results on the prime graphs of finite simple groups and their components.

Let ${\mathrm{𝙴𝙼𝙱𝙴𝙳}}_{k\to d}$ be the following algorithmic problem: Given a finite simplicial complex $K$ of dimension at most $k$, does there exist a (piecewise linear) embedding of $K$ into ${ℝ}^d$? Known results easily imply polynomiality of ${\mathrm{𝙴𝙼𝙱𝙴𝙳}}_{k\to 2}$ ($k=1,2$; the case $k=1,d=2$ is graph planarity) and of ${\mathrm{𝙴𝙼𝙱𝙴𝙳}}_{k\to 2k}$ for all $k\ge 3$. In this paper, ${𝒞}^k$-estimates, $k=2,3,\cdots ,\infty$, for solutions to the $\overline{\partial }$-equation with small loss of smoothness are obtained for $E$-valued $(0,s)$-forms on $D$ when $n-q\le s\le n$. We show that any ${\Sigma }_s$-product of at most $𝔠$-many $L\Sigma (\le \omega )$-spaces has the $L\Sigma (\le \omega )$-property. This result generalizes some known results about $L\Sigma (\le \omega )$-spaces. On the other hand, we prove that every ${\Sigma }_s$-product of monotonically monolithic spaces is monotonically monolithic, and in a similar form, we show that every ${\Sigma }_s$-product of Collins-Roscoe spaces has the Collins-Roscoe property. Let $ℳf_m$ be the category of $m$-dimensional manifolds and local diffeomorphisms and  let $T$ be the tangent functor on $ℳf_m$. Let $𝒱$ be the category of real vector spaces and linear maps and let ${𝒱}_m$ be the category of $m$-dimensional real vector spaces and linear isomorphisms. We characterize all regular covariant functors $F:{𝒱}_m\to 𝒱$ admitting $ℳf_m$-natural operators $\tilde{J}$ transforming classical linear connections $\nabla$ on $m$-dimensional manifolds $M$ into almost complex structures $\tilde{J}\left(\nabla \right)$ on $F\left(T\right)M={\bigcup }_{x\in M}F\left(T_{x}M\right)$.
