On differentiability of Peano type functions
We present sufficient conditions ensuring Kurzweil-Stieltjes equiintegrability in the case when integrators belong to the class of functions of generalized bounded variation.
We study set-valued mappings of bounded variation of one real variable. First we prove the existence of an extension of a metric space valued mapping from a subset of the reals to the whole set of reals with preservation of properties of the initial mapping: total variation, Lipschitz constant or absolute continuity. Then we show that a set-valued mapping of bounded variation defined on an arbitrary subset of the reals admits a regular selection of bounded variation. We introduce a notion of generated...
For a Lebesgue integrable complex-valued function defined on let be its Walsh-Fourier transform. The Riemann-Lebesgue lemma says that as . But in general, there is no definite rate at which the Walsh-Fourier transform tends to zero. In fact, the Walsh-Fourier transform of an integrable function can tend to zero as slowly as we wish. Therefore, it is interesting to know for functions of which subclasses of there is a definite rate at which the Walsh-Fourier transform tends to zero. We...
