The set function T and homotopies
We study the set functions 𝓣 and 𝒦 on irreducible continua. We present several properties of these functions when defined on irreducible continua. In particular, we characterize the class of irreducible continua for which these functions are continuous. We also characterize the class of 𝒦-symmetric irreducible continua.

By the Suslinian number Sln(X) of a continuum X we understand the smallest cardinal number κ such that X contains no disjoint family ℂ of non-degenerate subcontinua of size |ℂ| > κ. The class of ultrasmooth dendroids is contained in the class of smooth dendroids and contains the class of locally connected dendroids. In this paper we study relationships between ultrasmoothness and smoothness in dendroids and we characterize ultrasmooth dendroids.
We give two examples of tent maps with uncountable (as it happens, post-critical) ω-limit sets, which have isolated points, with interesting structures. Such ω-limit sets must be of the form C ∪ R, where C is a Cantor set and R is a scattered set.
