In this paper we prove the following results. First, we show the existence of Wiener-Wintner dynamical system with continuous singular spectrum in the orthocomplement of their respective Kronecker factors. The second result states that if $f\in L^p$, $p$ large enough, is a Wiener-Wintner function then, for all $\gamma \in (1+\frac{1}{2p}-\frac{\beta }{2},1]$, there exists a set $X_f$ of full measure for which the series ${\sum }_{n=1}^{\infty }\frac{f\left(T^{n}x\right)e^{2\pi inϵ}}{n^{\gamma }}$ converges uniformly with respect to $ϵ$.

Let $\Omega$ be a bounded domain of class $C^2$ in $ℝ$N and let $K$ be a compact subset of $\partial \Omega$. Assume that $q\ge (N+1)/\left(N-1\right)$ and denote by $U_K$ the maximal solution of $-\Delta u+u^q=0$ in $\Omega$ which vanishes on $\partial \Omega \setminus K$. We obtain sharp upper and lower estimates for $U_K$ in terms of the Bessel capacity $C_{2/q,q^{\text{'}}}$ and prove that $U_K$ is $\sigma$-moderate. We give existence results and consider the asymptotic behavior of solutions near the boundary. We do not assume any symmetry conditions on the system.

We show that any ${\Sigma }_s$-product of at most $𝔠$-many $L\Sigma (\le \omega )$-spaces has the $L\Sigma (\le \omega )$-property. This result generalizes some known results about $L\Sigma (\le \omega )$-spaces. On the other hand, we prove that every ${\Sigma }_s$-product of monotonically monolithic spaces is monotonically monolithic, and in a similar form, we show that every ${\Sigma }_s$-product of Collins-Roscoe spaces has the Collins-Roscoe property.
