We show that an effect tribe of fuzzy sets $𝒯\subseteq {[0,1]}^X$ with the property that every $f\in 𝒯$ is ${ℬ}_0\left(𝒯\right)$-measurable, where ${ℬ}_0\left(𝒯\right)$ is the family of subsets of $X$ whose characteristic functions are central elements in $𝒯$, is a tribe. Moreover, a monotone $\sigma$-complete effect algebra with RDP with a Loomis-Sikorski representation $(X,𝒯,h)$, where the tribe $𝒯$ has the property that every $f\in 𝒯$ is ${ℬ}_0\left(𝒯\right)$-measurable, is a $\sigma$-MV-algebra.

Suppose $A$ is a separable unital $𝒞\left(X\right)$-algebra each fibre of which is isomorphic to the same strongly self-absorbing and $K_1$-injective $C^{*}$-algebra $𝒟$. We show that $A$ and $𝒞\left(X\right)\otimes 𝒟$ are isomorphic as $𝒞\left(X\right)$-algebras provided the compact Hausdorff space $X$ is finite-dimensional. This statement is known not to extend to the infinite-dimensional case.

Let $M$ be an $m$-dimensional manifold and $A={𝔻}_k^r/I=ℝ\oplus N_A$ a Weil algebra of height $r$. We prove that any $A$-covelocity $T_x^{A}f\in T_x^{A*}M$, $x\in M$ is determined by its values over arbitrary $max\{\mathrm{width}A,m\}$ regular and under the first jet projection linearly independent elements of $T_x^{A}M$. A space $X$ is said to have the Rothberger property (or simply $X$ is Rothberger) if for every sequence $\langle {𝒰}_n:n\in \omega \rangle$ of open covers of $X$, there exists $U_n\in {𝒰}_n$ for each $n\in \omega$ such that $X={\bigcup }_{n\in \omega }{U}_n$.
