On the Toëplitz corona problem.

Eric Amar (2003)

Publicacions Matemàtiques

The aim of this note is to characterize the vectors g = (g1, . . . ,gk) of bounded holomorphic functions in the unit ball or in the unit polydisk of Cn such that the Corona is true for them in terms of the H2 Corona for measures on the boundary.

Subsets of Hardy-class zero sets in the ball.

Pascal J. Thomas (1990)

Publicacions Matemàtiques

We consider the problem of whether the union of complex hyperplanes can be a subset of a zero variety for the Hardy classes of the ball. A sufficient condition is found, consisting in a strong geometric separatedness requirement, together with a quantitative requirement slightly stronger than the necessary condition for Nevanlinna class zero varieties.

The diagonal mapping in mixed norm spaces

Guangbin Ren, Jihuai Shi (2004)

Studia Mathematica

For any holomorphic function F in the unit polydisc Uⁿ of ℂⁿ, we consider its restriction to the diagonal, i.e., the function in the unit disc U of ℂ defined by F(z) = F(z,...,z), and prove that the diagonal mapping maps the mixed norm space H p , q , α ( U ) of the polydisc onto the mixed norm space H p , q , | α | + ( p / q + 1 ) ( n - 1 ) ( U ) of the unit disc for any 0 < p < ∞ and 0 < q ≤ ∞.
