We prove a result about the covering properties of the class of relative Gorenstein injective modules with respect to $C$ which is a generalization of Theorem 1 by Enochs and Iacob (2015). We investigate how one can detect the dualizing property for a chain complex over a commutative local Noetherian ring $R$. Our focus is on homological properties of contracting endomorphisms of $R$, e.g., the Frobenius endomorphism when $R$ contains a field of positive characteristic. Let $R$ be a commutative Noetherian ring, $I$ an ideal of $R$ and $M$ an $R$-module. We wish to investigate the relation between vanishing, finiteness, Artinianness, minimaxness and $𝒞$-minimaxness of local cohomology modules. We show that if $M$ is a minimax $R$-module, then the local-global principle is valid for minimaxness of local cohomology modules. In this paper we introduce the concept of $\tau$-extending modules by $\tau$-rational submodules and study some properties of such modules. It is shown that the set of all $\tau$-rational left ideals of ${}_{R}R$ is a Gabriel filter. An $R$-module $M$ is called $\tau$-extending if every submodule of $M$ is $\tau$-rational in a direct summand of $M$. It is proved that $M$ is $\tau$-extending if and only if $M=Re{j}_{M}E(R/\tau \left(R\right))\oplus N$, such that $N$ is a $\tau$-extending submodule of $M$. We characterize clean elements of $ℛ\left(L\right)$ and show that $\alpha \in ℛ\left(L\right)$ is clean if and only if there exists a clopen sublocale $U$ in $L$ such that ${𝔠}_L\left(\mathrm{coz}(\alpha -\mathbf{1})\right)\subseteq U\subseteq {𝔬}_L\left(\mathrm{coz}\left(\alpha \right)\right)$.
