On the solvability of the weighted initial value problem for high-order evolution singular functional-differential equations.
Let ϕ: [0,1] → [0,1] be a nondecreasing continuous function such that ϕ(x) > x for all x ∈ (0,1). Let the operator be defined on L₂[0,1]. We prove that has a finite number of nonzero eigenvalues if and only if ϕ(0) > 0 and ϕ(1-ε) = 1 for some 0 < ε < 1. Also, we show that the spectral trace of the operator always equals 1.
In this paper, we first investigate the existence and uniqueness of solution for the Darboux problem with modified argument on both bounded and unbounded domains. Then, we derive different types of the Ulam stability for the proposed problem on these domains. Finally, we present some illustrative examples to support our results.
The problems of both single and multiple delays for neutral-type uncertain systems are considered. First, for single neutral time delay systems, based on a Razumikhin-type theorem, some delay-dependent stability criteria are derived in terms of the Lyapunov equation for various classes of model transformation and decomposition techniques. Second, robust control for neutral systems with multiple time delays is considered. Finally, we demonstrate numerical examples to illustrate the effectiveness...
We obtain some sufficient conditions for the existence of the solutions and the asymptotic behavior of both linear and nonlinear system of differential equations with continuous coefficients and piecewise constant argument.
