MSC 2010: 45DB05, 45E05, 78A45We show that a certain axisymmetric hypersingular integral equation arising in problems of cracks in the elasticity theory may be explicitly solved in the case where the crack occupies a plane circle. We give three different forms of the resolving formula. Two of them involve regular kernels, while the third one involves a singular kernel, but requires less regularity assumptions on the the right-hand side of the equation.
In the paper the Signorini problem without friction in the linear thermoelasticity for the steady-state case is investigated. The problem discussed is the model geodynamical problem, physical analysis of which is based on the plate tectonic hypothesis and the theory of thermoelasticity.

Bases of asymptotic theory of beams, plates and shells are stated. The comparison with classic theory is conducted. New classes of thin bodies problems, for which hypotheses of classic theory are not applicable, are considered. By the asymptotic method effective solutions of these problems are obtained. The effectiveness of the asymptotic method for finding solutions of as static, as well as dynamic problems of beams, plates and shells is shown.
We are interested in the finite element approximation of Coulomb's frictional unilateral contact problem in linear elasticity. This article defines and presents the mathematical analysis of a new class of models from the theory of inelastic deformations of metals. The domain of influence, proposed by Cowin and Nunziato, is extended to cover the thermoelasticity of bodies with voids. We prove that for a finite time the displacement field , the temperature and the change in volume fraction generate no disturbance outside a bounded domain .
