A connection between iteration theory and the study of sets of commuting holomorphic maps is investigated, in the unit disc of $C$. In particular, given two holomorphic maps $f$ and $g$ of the unit disc into itself, it is proved that if $g$ belongs to the pseudo-iteration semigroup of $f$ (in the sense of Cowen) then - under certain conditions on the behaviour of their iterates - the maps $f$ and $g$ commute.

Dans cet article, nous étudions une famille d’opérateurs auto-adjoints ${\Delta }_a$ dérivés du laplacien sur une surface de Riemann d’aire finie et ayant au voisinage de l’infini la structure d’un cylindre $[b,+\infty [\times \mathbf{R}/\mathbf{Z}$ muni d’une métrique à courbure constante $-1$. Après avoir étudié la théorie spectrale de tels opérateurs, nous donnons, comme application, un théorème prévoyant l’absence générique de valeurs propres immergées dans le spectre continu du laplacien de ces surfaces.
