Further convergence results for two quadrature rules for Cauchy type principal value integrals

Nikolaos I. Ioakimidis (1982)

Aplikace matematiky

New convergence and rate-of-convergence results are established for two well-known quadrature rules for the numerical evaluation of Cauchy type principal value integrals along a finite interval, namely the Gauss quadrature rule and a similar interpolatory quadrature rule where the same nodes as in the Gauss rule are used. The main result concerns the convergence of the interpolatory rule for functions satisfying the Hölder condition with exponent less or equal to 1 2 . The results obtained here supplement...

Further investigation “On an open problem of Zhang and Xu”

Sujoy Majumder (2018)

Mathematica Bohemica

The purpose of the paper is to study the uniqueness of meromorphic functions sharing a nonzero polynomial. The result of the paper improves and generalizes the recent results due to X. B. Zhang and J. F. Xu (2011). We also solve an open problem posed in the last section of X. B. Zhang and J. F. Xu (2011).

Further investigations on a question of Zhang and Lü

Abhijit Banerjee, Bikash Chakraborty (2015)

Annales Universitatis Paedagogicae Cracoviensis. Studia Mathematica

In the paper based on the question of Zhang and Lü [15], we present one theorem which will improve and extend results of Banerjee-Majumder [2] and a recent result of Li-Huang [9].

Fuzzy differential subordinations connected with the linear operator

Sheza M. El-Deeb, Georgia I. Oros (2021)

Mathematica Bohemica

We obtain several fuzzy differential subordinations by using a linear operator m , γ n , α f ( z ) = z + k = 2 ( 1 + γ ( k - 1 ) ) n m α ( m + k ) - α a k z k . Using the linear operator m , γ n , α , we also introduce a class of univalent analytic functions for which we give some properties.
