A remark on the Picard group of spin moduli space

Maurizio Cornalba (1991)

Atti della Accademia Nazionale dei Lincei. Classe di Scienze Fisiche, Matematiche e Naturali. Rendiconti Lincei. Matematica e Applicazioni

We describe a number of classes in the Picard group of spin moduli space and determine the relations they satisfy; as an application we show that the Picard group in question contains 4-torsion elements.

A Riemann-Roch theorem for dg algebras

François Petit (2013)

Bulletin de la Société Mathématique de France

Given a smooth proper dg algebra A , a perfect dg A -module M and an endomorphism f of M , we define the Hochschild class of the pair ( M , f ) with values in the Hochschild homology of the algebra A . Our main result is a Riemann-Roch type formula involving the convolution of two such Hochschild classes.

A short note on Seshadri constants and packing constants

Halszka Tutaj-Gasińska (2012)

Annales Polonici Mathematici

The note is about a connection between Seshadri constants and packing constants and presents another proof of Lazarsfeld's result from [Math. Res. Lett. 3 (1996), 439-447].

A Smooth Four-Dimensional G-Hilbert Scheme

Sebestean, Magda (2004)

Serdica Mathematical Journal

2000 Mathematics Subject Classification: 14C05, 14L30, 14E15, 14J35.When the cyclic group G of order 15 acts with some specific weights on affine four-dimensional space, the G-Hilbert scheme is a crepant resolution of the quotient A^4 / G. We give an explicit description of this resolution using G-graphs.

A support theorem for Hilbert schemes of planar curves

Luca Migliorini, Vivek Shende (2013)

Journal of the European Mathematical Society

Consider a family of integral complex locally planar curves whose relative Hilbert scheme of points is smooth. The decomposition theorem of Beilinson, Bernstein, and Deligne asserts that the pushforward of the constant sheaf on the relative Hilbert scheme splits as a direct sum of shifted semisimple perverse sheaves. We will show that no summand is supported in positive codimension. It follows that the perverse filtration on the cohomology of the compactified Jacobian of an integral plane curve...
