Control of uncertain processes: applied theory and algorithms
In this paper we extend some basic results on the controllability and observability of linear discrete-time fractional-order systems. For both of these fundamental structural properties we establish some new concepts inherent to fractional-order systems and we develop new analytical methods for checking these properties. Numerical examples are presented to illustrate the theoretical results.
In this paper, we establish the controllability conditions for a finite-dimensional dynamical control system modelled by a linear impulsive matrix Lyapunov ordinary differential equations having multiple constant time-delays in control for certain classes of admissible control functions. In the paper definitions of various kinds of stability and boundedness of solutions of linear controllable systems of partial differential equations are introduced and their interconnections are derived. By means of Ljapunov's functions theorems are proved which give necessary and sufficient conditions for particular kinds of stability and boundedness of the solutions.
