A note on maximal estimates for stochastic convolutions

In stochastic partial differential equations it is important to have pathwise regularity properties of stochastic convolutions. In this note we present a new sufficient condition for the pathwise continuity of stochastic convolutions in Banach spaces.

We present a shift theorem for solutions of the Poisson equation in a finite planar cone (and hence also on plane polygons) for Dirichlet, Neumann, and mixed boundary conditions. The range in which the shift theorem holds depends on the angle of the cone. For the right endpoint of the range, the shift theorem is described in terms of Besov spaces rather than Sobolev spaces.

In this paper is proved a weighted inequality for Riesz potential similar to the classical one by D. Adams. Here the gain of integrability is not always algebraic, as in the classical case, but depends on the growth properties of a certain function measuring some local potential of the weight.

This paper is dedicated to a regularity criterion for the 2D MHD equations and viscoelastic equations. We prove that if the magnetic field B, respectively the local deformation gradient F, satisfies B , F L q ( 0 , T ; L p ( ² ) ) for 1/p + 1/q = 1 and 2 < p ≤ ∞, then the corresponding local solution can be extended beyond time T.

In this paper we prove a regularity result for local minimizers of functionals of the Calculus of Variations of the type Ω f ( x , D u ) d x where Ω is a bounded open set in n , u∈ W loc 1 , p (Ω; N ), p> 1, n≥ 2 and N≥ 1. We use the technique of difference quotient without the usual assumption on the growth of the second derivatives of the function f. We apply this result to give a bound on the Hausdorff dimension of the singular set of minimizers.

A regularity result for p-harmonic equations with measure data.

We examine the p-harmonic equation div |grad u|(p-2). grad u = mu, where mu is a bounded Radon measure. We determine a range of p's for which solutions to the equation verify an a priori estimate. For such p's we also prove a higher integrability result.
