We give a description of Kähler manifolds equipped with an integrable subbundle of of rank () under the assumption that the line bundle is numerically trivial. This is a sort of foliated version of Bogomolov’s theorem concerning Kähler manifolds with trivial canonical class.
We give here a generalization of the theory of optimal destabilizing 1-parameter
subgroups to non algebraic complex geometry : we consider holomorphic actions of a
complex reductive Lie group on a finite dimensional (possibly non compact) Kähler
manifold. In a second part we show how these results may extend in the gauge theoretical
framework and we discuss the relation between the Harder-Narasimhan filtration and the
optimal detstabilizing vectors of a non semistable object....
We study Hölder continuity of solutions to the Monge-Ampère equations on compact Kähler manifolds. T. C. Dinh, V.A. Nguyen and N. Sibony have shown that the measure is moderate if is Hölder continuous. We prove a theorem which is a partial converse to this result.
Let be a compact Kähler manifold. We obtain uniform Hölder regularity for solutions to the complex Monge-Ampère equation on with right hand side, . The same regularity is furthermore proved on the ample locus in any big cohomology class. We also study the range of the complex Monge-Ampère operator acting on -plurisubharmonic Hölder continuous functions. We show that this set is convex, by sharpening Kołodziej’s result that measures with -density belong to and proving that has the...
Holomorphic Poisson structures arise naturally in the realm of generalized geometry. A holomorphic Poisson structure induces a deformation of the complex structure in a generalized sense, whose cohomology is obtained by twisting the Dolbeault @-operator by the holomorphic Poisson bivector field. Therefore, the cohomology space naturally appears as the limit of a spectral sequence of a double complex. The first sheet of this spectral sequence is simply the Dolbeault cohomology with coefficients in...
In this paper we prove the existence of solutions of a degenerate complex Monge-Ampére equation on a complex manifold. Applying our existence result to a special degeneration of complex structure, we show how to associate to a change of complex structure an infinite length geodetic ray in the space of potentials. We also prove an existence result for the initial value problem for geodesics. We end this paper with a discussion of a list of open problems indicating how to relate our reults to the...
This paper is concerned with compact Kähler manifolds whose tangent bundle splits as a sum of subbundles. In particular, it is shown that if the tangent bundle is a sum of line bundles, then the manifold is uniformised by a product of curves. The methods are taken from the theory of foliations of (co)dimension 1.
Let be a compact Kähler manifold and be a -divisor with simple normal crossing support and coefficients between and . Assuming that is ample, we prove the existence and uniqueness of a negatively curved Kahler-Einstein metric on having mixed Poincaré and cone singularities according to the coefficients of . As an application we prove a vanishing theorem for certain holomorphic tensor fields attached to the pair .
We prove the existence of non-positively curved Kähler-Einstein metrics with cone singularities along a given simple normal crossing divisor of a compact Kähler manifold, under a technical condition on the cone angles, and we also discuss the case of positively-curved Kähler-Einstein metrics with cone singularities. As an application we extend to this setting classical results of Lichnerowicz and Kobayashi on the parallelism and vanishing of appropriate holomorphic tensor fields.
We show that every small resolution of a 3-dimensional terminal hypersurface singularity can occur on a non-embeddable -convex manifold. We give an explicit example of a non-embeddable manifold containing an irreducible exceptional rational curve with normal bundle of type . To this end we study small resolutions of -singularities.
In this paper we study fundamental equations of holomorphically projective mappings from manifolds with equiaffine connection onto (pseudo-) Kähler manifolds with respect to the smoothness class of connection and metrics. We show that holomorphically projective mappings preserve the smoothness class of connections and metrics.
If is a Hodge manifold and we construct a canonical sequence of functions such that in the topology. These functions have a simple geometric interpretation in terms of the moment map and they are real algebraic, in the sense that they are regular functions when is regarded as a real algebraic variety. The definition of is inspired by Berezin-Toeplitz quantization and by ideas of Donaldson. The proof follows quickly from known results of Fine, Liu and Ma.
We build on work by Z. Pasternak-Winiarski [PW2], and study a-Bergman kernels of bounded domains for admissible weights .
